Terms & Conditions
Our terms & conditions are similar to cruises and tours, but are not in pages of fine print, just normal text!
As most of our travelers are elderly, we like to look after you before, during and even after our tours.
We check that you have adequate health insurance and can get assistance at airports if necessary.
Your local travel agent can book your flights, though we can advise you on flight options.
All guests must show evidence of a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate and other health regulations demanded by the Israeli government
To secure your place on our tours there is only a US$100 booking/admin (non-refundable) fee per person.
No deposit to keep it simple.
To avoid paying local hotel tax of 18%, we need the full name on your passport to add you to the hotel system
as a visitor.
You don't pay anything more until the final payment 3 months before departures.

Payments can be made by:
1. Bank-to-bank wire transfer or
2. PayPal using your credit card
3. Over the phone with a credit card
Credit card fees are 3% with PayPal and 2% over the phone (only charged on final accounts, not on the booking fee)
It is important that the reservation is booked using full names as per passport.
Name changes are allowed with no charges.
Before the final payment, tours dates can be changed with no charges.
Failure to complete and return any necessary forms or documents required by Easy Israel Tours and reach
their office one month before the start of your tour will result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Mandatory forms required:
If your doctor accepts that you are well enough to travel, ask him/her to give you a 'Clear to travel' form to present at airport check-in.
Each airline has its own form. If you are not fit to travel, then your health insurance will pay you out.
If you are taking prescription medicine, the doctor needs to list these for you to show immigration.
Medication should be in the original packaging.
If you are unable to travel then contact Easy Israel tours immediately. You may be able to change your flights and join the tour later. Travel insurance should cover all your costs.
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the due date to return home is mandatory.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to gain a visa for Israel if necessary.
Final Payment for all tours must be received no later than 100 days before the start date of the tour.
Failure to pay the final payment will automatically cancel your booking.
If your credit card should be declined or insufficient funds available, your booking will be automatically cancelled and subject
to cancellation fees and charges.

Cancellation Fees:
If you book a twin share room and your room-mate drops out and an alternative room-mate is not available, then you are
liable for the additional single supplement fees.
Easy Israel Tours reserves the right to change the booking fees/deposit payment, cancellation, terms and conditions without prior notice.
Travel health insurance is the responsibility of the traveler and must include adequate emergency medical cover with a 24/7 hotline.
Failure to produce evidence of adequate travel insurance one month before the tour will automatically cancel your booking with no refund .

The price of your tour includes:

- Flight numbers, dates and times
- Emergency next of kin contacts
- Health and mobility questionnaire filled in personally by each traveler (and/or medical practitioner if Easy Israel Tours requests)
- Copy of visa (if necessary).
- Signed and witnessed copy of the waiver
- Copy of your health and travel insurance with adequate emergency medical cover and a 24/7 hotline
- It's likely that we will have to produces evidence of a negative covid-19 test or recent vaccination. To be confirmed by Israel's government regulations

Cancellation Fees:
- 99 – 61 days before departure incurs 50% of total payments
- 60 days or less before departure incurs 100% of total payments
- After 99 days before departure there is a fee of US$300 per person charged on all cancellations and will be deducted from any refund due.

- English-speaking tour leader and guide
- Half board in all hotels. Breakfast and evening meals
- Entrance fees to sites/events in the published itinerary
- Air-conditioned, luxury coach
The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Easy Israel Tours.
Not included in the tours:
- Airfares to and from Tel Aviv
- Transport to and from Tel Aviv airport (meet and greet service available)
- Travel Insurance
- Tips and gratuities
- Additional/optional sites not included in the itinerary (such as a winery tour)
- Easy Israel Tours cannot guarantee special meal requests, nor will assume any responsibility or liability if guests’ special meal requirements are not fulfilled. The hotels provide a wide selection of food in buffets for our breakfast and evening meal.
- Layovers are not included in the tour and are entirely the responsibility of each participant, even if any travelling as a companion with Patricia Duke or any other participant of Easy Israel Tours
- If you are required, or choose, to leave the tour early for any reason, you are responsible for any expenses, including your return journey home. You will not be entitled to any refunds.
If you choose to leave the group in Israel during the tours for any reason, you are required to inform the tour leader or guide, and Easy Israel Tours is not responsible for your safety or expenses.
There will be no refunds for unused entrance fees or hotels etc on the itinerary.
The costs are initially calculated on the international exchange rates on the date of deposit.
Final costs are subject to any change in exchange rates.
Travelers are advised that they are travelling at their own risk and that Easy Israel Tours is providing a service to facilitate the
requests of travelers.
There will be no refunds for unused entrance fees or hotels etc on the itinerary.
