We run a spring and fall tour when the weather is ideal for being outside.
Our guests come from all over the world and we meet in Tel Aviv
where we spend the first night. The next day we tour Tel Aviv
before heading up to the Galilee for three nights.
We then drive down to the Dead Sea for two nights over Shabbat before ascending to Jerusalem for the last four nights. full itinerary framework is at the his page.

How are EASY ISRAEL TOURS different to regular tours?
Our tours are designed and escorted by Trish Duke, an Int'l physical therapist who understands senior's likes and dislikes as well
as their possible mobility issues and health challenges...
and preference to be led politely, not herded!
Trish founded Easy Israel Tours in 2017, and is passionate about
giving you personal attention with a comfortable and unique experience.

then the itinerary is accessible.
That works if you are less-able or very mobile and just want a slower pace without hills, standing, rough ground or slopes.
We all walk at the same leisurely pace, most on their own two feet

We do less than half the walking compared to a regular tour
Scooters are for hire, so the slower guests
are ahead not behind

EASY ISRAEL TOURS are small, private tours, usually 20 guests per bus.
The groups are a great mix of solos, couples, friends,
elderly parent with an adult child

When you book a tour we send you a questionnaire
about your abilities and interests.
(Bookings are made personally with Trish, not online)
Our aim is to match what you would like to do with what you can do physically.
If there is anything that you desperately want to see or do, we will do our best to accommodate you.
You must be able to get on and off the bus independently.
The coach only has 3 or 4 steps with a rail on both sides.
If you walk slowly for half an hour independently or
with a walker or cane you will manage our itinerary
Our aim is that we all move at the same sensible pace.
Either independently or with a 4-wheeled seat walker,
rented scooter, cane or wheelchair (if you bring someone to push it)
Note: If you have 'ancient personal plumbing' do not be
concerned about finding a bathroom. We have hourly
stops and can find you a bathroom anywhere on
request.
We always start in Tel Aviv for the first night, then head up to the Galilee
for three nights.
Then down to the Dead Sea over Shabbat for two nights before ascending to Jerusalem for the last four glorious nights!

Our guide shares their information as we travel before we get off the bus, so you are comfortable and can hear.
Traveling time
As you know Israel is a tiny, (but very significant) country. You can drive from top to bottom in a few hours.
In some places you can see from the eastern border to the Mediterranean in the west.
You won't be 'stuck' on the coach for long periods.
Hourly bathroom stops are planned...and on request, so no need to be
embarrassed if you have ancient personal plumbing issues!
The longest journey is about 3 hours, from Galilee to the Dead Sea, along the scenic Jordan valley.
We stop en-route to visit a Kibbutz, have lunch, so an easy and pleasant journey.
The pace of Easy Israel Tours is less tiring and frenetic than regular tours.
We aim to let you enjoy each place rather than rushing from one site to another.
Sure, we still have a timetable, but we try to avoid the 'rush and push' of regular tours.
You want to enjoy your full breakfast, visit the rest room and then feel eager and ready for the day!
Walkers, scooters and wheelchairs can be stored on the bus in transit, the driver can lift it on and off for you.
Each day will be different and varied.
Apart from Shabbat at the Dead sea, we gently continue all day with frequent stops,
arriving back at the hotel about 4-ish, in time for a rest before dinner.
There will be good places to shop for souvenirs en-route, but no-one is trapped into shopping …
some of us think ‘shop’ is a four-letter word!
Shopaholics can be directed to markets and shopping streets
if their ‘itch’ isn’t scratched enough!
