Easy Israel Tours COSTS & INCLUSIONS

Same cost for the Jewish Heritage tours
and Christian Pilgrimage tours
Picture
The Western Wall, Jerusalem

Easy Israel Tours aims to give you a unique experience of a lifetime...
at a leisurely pace with a highly qualified team.
You won't go home exhausted or disappointed.
Sleep and eat well in our comfortable hotels with walk-in showers
 and delicious fresh-from-the-kibbutz food.
Our exclusive tours provide luxury at a sensible price.

In Israel you pay for what you get....
We use excellent hotels that the locals use for celebration, events and vacations, so if their
service and food is not up to standard it will be around the county on social media within hours.

We only run the tours in high season when the weather is perfect for touring.
Budget tours go out at lower seasons so the weather can be too hot or too cold and wet.
They use tourist hotels who don't care if the curtains are hanging off the rail or if you
don't like their warmed up food or lack of service. You won't be back!

Our team is highly experienced and aims to give you the a trip-of-a-lifetime experience!
Our agent was founded by Swiss Jews who book our hotels, transportation and site visits.
They operate like a Swiss clock (without a cuckoo).
Our fully licensed guide is top class and will inform, inspire and entertain you.
As the owner of Easy Israel Tours (and retired physical therapist) Trish escorts each tour.
The reviews show how our past guests have appreciated the quality and comfort.

To secure your place on a tour you only pay US$100 booking/admin fee (non refundable) fee per person.
NO deposits. Nothing to pay until 3 months before the tour.

Bookings are made personally with Trish Duke, not online

Costs for 2026 tours US$5,997 per person (twin share)

Single supplement is only US$2,000 which is only a third extra cost
(instead of the usual double cost on cruises)

One person gets the whole double room to themselves
NOTE: We often have solo guests willing to share to keep costs down

FLIGHTS are not included so you can use air miles and cheaper fares

See Terms & Conditions page for cancellation policy

NOTE: You need to go to Israel-entry.piba.gov.il to obtain an ETA entry visa
a week before travelling. It costs US$11

Our groups are a great mix of couples, friends, senior with a companion or those looking for solo travel.

Solo travellers
can reduce costs by sharing.
We will do our best to put you in touch with another solo wanting to share
and you can both decide if you would be happy rooming with each other.

If another guest is not found to share,  then a solo is liable for the full single supplement

Our tours are uniquely designed and escorted by a physical therapist
with over four decades of international clinical experience

We have fully licensed, experienced Israeli guides who will inform and inspire you!

Our experienced agent in Israel books our deluxe hotels, transportation and entrance fees

Three months before departure is the time to pay the final balance, you can cancel at that time or finalise payment.
Most people purchase their travel insurance the day before the final payment,  so if you need to cancel after that,
because 'life' hits you with a curved ball, your travel insurance will refund you.

How to compare our prices with other tours:

Most tours companies take everyone and anyone without checking that you can keep up with their pace.
Before booking you in, we ask you about your mobility level and/or physical challenges to ensure
that our tours are a good fit for you...we want you to enjoy not endure your time in Israel.
We are probably the only tour that asks you to complete a health questionnaire before departure
in order to take better care of you!

Compare tour itineraries.
Are other tours accessible?
Do they have you traipsing over rough ground, steps, standing and walking for hours?
Do they start touring straight from the airport without time to recover from your long journey?
Easy Israel Tours has the first night in Tel Aviv to give your body time to rest and adjust...and explore on your own.
Half-way through the tour we have two nights (one full day) at the Dead Sea to have a break.
You can rest, float in the sea, have a Spa treatment...enjoy the magnificent and unique setting which is the lowest place on earth.

Easy Israel Tours does minimal standing, slopes, steps or rough ground...walking at a sensible pace!
Everyone can see every sight in the itinerary.

Ask other companies who
say they take slow walkers if they can tell you in writing that they do minimal steps, slopes,
standing or rough ground . They might leave you to 'rest' for a while until they come back if you can't keep up.

Mature travellers like their creature comforts!
Lower priced tours often operate with large numbers in coaches of around 40 - 60 passengers...
sometimes with multiple coaches running at the same time. These are fast-paced tours and
you could get left behind at each site, struggling to catch up with the group or hear the guide.
They often use old, tired hotels with showers in a bathtub that are dangerous for seniors.
Budget tours choose out-of-season times, but the weather is either far, far too hot or too cold for
mature passengers. That's why Easy Israel Tours only go out in peak season when the weather is wonderful.

Easy Israel Tours uses high quality, comfortable hotels with separate walk-in showers.

Our tours start and end in Israel, so the number of days we advertise do not include days that you
travel from your home. When you compare our very reasonable prices, keep in mind that our
10 day itineraries have 9 full days actually on tour and is equivalent to a 12 day tour that includes flights.

A full breakfast and evening meal is included each day, so you only need to buy a light lunch.

Entrance fees are included in the cost of our tours.

General tour inquiries and bookings are directed to Trish Duke

When you book your flights consider booking the complimentary airline 'wheelchair assist' service.
It saves you standing in lines, walking miles through the airport and finding your correct gate.
The service operates from when you check your luggage in at your departure airport.
The airport staff take you (and your companions) through all the priority lines like a VIP.

Why arrive at the plane stressed and tired before your journey?!
When you land Tel Aviv, the staff meet you at the end of the bridge as you exit the plane and speed
you through passport control, pick up your luggage, then through immigration to the taxi rank (or Meet & Greet service).
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFO:

Tour guests are arriving/departing world-wide on different flights, so a group bus is not workable.
You will want to go to your hotel asap after your journey and not hang around waiting for other passengers.

On arrival at Tel Aviv/Yafo airport:

You have options....

We can arrange a "Meet & Greet" service which meets you off the aircraft and escorts you to your hotel.
The cost is US$500 for 1 to 4 passengers.

OR ...
You find your own way around the airport (it's a small airport) and get a metered taxi cab easily from
the front entrance of the airport for about US$ 70 depending on time of day and traffic

Departing Jerusalem at the end of the tour:

It takes almost the same time to drive to the airport from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv,
so there is no point in trying to change hotels to be nearer the airport.
Tel Aviv city looks nearer on a map, but the traffic can be horrendous.

When we get to Jerusalem at the end of the tour a taxi or private car can be arranged for you.
Sometimes other guests have similar departure time, so you can share transport.

Many people choose to add extra nights onto the tour, beginning or end to explore independently
or visit relatives. We can organise that for you in the same hotels and add it to your final account.

We are here to help you to have the best trip possible!
