Terms & Conditions for Easy Israel Tours Pty Ltd
To secure your place on our tours there is a (non-refundable) US$100 booking/admin fee per person plus a booking form to complete.
You don't pay anything more until the final payment 3 months before your tour.
Payments can be made by:
1. Bank-to-bank wire transfer or
2. Over the phone with a credit card
Credit card fees are 2% with Visa and Mastercard and 2.5% American Express.
It is important that the reservation is booked using full names as per passport.
Name changes are allowed with no charges.
Failure to complete and return any necessary forms or documents required by Easy Israel Tours Pty Ltd
and reach their office one month before the start of your tour could result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Mandatory forms required:
Each airline has its own form. If you are not fit to travel, then your health insurance should pay you out.
If you are taking prescription medicine, the doctor needs to list these for you to show immigration. Medication should be in the original packaging.
If you are unable to travel then contact Easy Israel Tours immediately.
You may be able to change your flights and join the tour later.
Travel insurance should cover all your costs.
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the due date to return home is mandatory.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to gain a visa for Israel if necessary.
Final Payment for all tours must be received no later than 3 months before the start date of the tour. Failure to pay the final payment will automatically cancel your booking.
If your credit card should be declined or insufficient funds available, your booking will be automatically cancelled and subject to cancellation fees and charges.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Easy Israel Tours by email to: [email protected] and are subject to an additional admin fee of US$100 per person.
Cancellation Fees:
If you book a twin share room and your roommate drops out and an alternative room-mate is not available, then you are liable for the additional single supplement fees.
Easy Israel Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the booking fees, deposit payment, cancellation, tour costs, terms and conditions without prior notice.
Patricia (Trish) Duke plans to escort each tour, but if she is unable to escort any tour, another trained tour leader will replace her.
The tours are led by a fully licensed Israeli guide.
Travel health insurance is the responsibility of the traveller and must include adequate emergency medical cover with a 24/7 hotline and include cover for all expenses related to covid treatment and quarantine.
Failure to produce evidence of adequate travel insurance one month before the tour will automatically cancel your booking with no refund .

- Arrival and departure flight numbers, dates and times
- Emergency next of kin contacts
- Health and mobility questionnaire filled in personally by each traveller
- Copy of visa. From January 2025 a new visa system will be implemented
- Signed and witnessed copy of the Waiver form
- Copy of your health and travel insurance with adequate emergency medical cover and a 24/7 hotline
- Proof that your travel health insurance

- 99 – 61 days before departure incurs 50% of total payments
- 60 days or less before departure incurs 100% of total payments
- After 99 days before departure there is a fee of US$300 per person charged on all cancellations and will be deducted from any refund due.

- Half board in all hotels. (Breakfast and evening meals)
- Entrance fees to sites/events in the published itinerary
- Air-conditioned, luxury coach
The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Easy Israel Tours Pty Ltd.
Not included in the tours:
- Airfares to and from Tel Aviv
- Transport to and from Tel Aviv airport (Meet and Greet VIP service is available)
- Travel Insurance
- Tips and gratuities
- Additional/optional sites not included in the itinerary (such as a winery tour)
- Easy Israel Tours cannot guarantee special meal requests, nor will assume any responsibility or liability if a guest’s special meal requirements are not fulfilled. The hotels provide a wide selection of food in buffets for our breakfast and evening meal.
- Layovers are not included in the tour and are entirely the responsibility of each participant, even if any travelling as a companion with Patricia Duke or any other participant of Easy Israel Tours.
- If you are required, or choose, to leave the tour early for any reason, you are responsible for any expenses, including your return journey home. You will not be entitled to any refunds.
- If you choose to leave the group in Israel during the tours for any reason, you are required to inform the tour leader or guide, and Easy Israel Tours is not responsible for your safety or expenses. There will be no refunds for unused entrance fees or hotels etc on the itinerary.
Final costs are subject to any change in exchange rates. Travellers are advised they are travelling at their own risk.
